2026 Prices for Educational Fall/Spring Programs
The Penn 4-H Center offers 2 different educational programs for 1, 2, and 3-day experiences. All educational programming is led by trained Penn 4-H Center staff members.
Group size requirements are a minimum of 30 students for both overnight trips and day trips. Our maximum number of participants is around 130 students, depending on the program, although scheduling accommodations can be made for larger groups. In most cases, a deposit of $150 per day for programs is required to hold dates.
½ Day programs:
Groups may choose morning or afternoon sessions. ½ day sessions are 9:00 am- 12:00 pm or 1:00 pm– 4:00 pm. ½ day programs are available for our Environmental Education Program as well as our Soaring Thru Spaces program (No high ropes). ½ day program: $15/student – No meals included ** Total group size may determine what Env Ed classes can be chosen **
1 Day programs
Groups can arrive as early as 8:30 am and stay as late as 5:00 pm. Extended day options may also be available. These prices do not include any meals served by the Center; however, meals can be provided for an additional fee. Adults are not charged for day programs unless a meal is provided, in which case all adults attending will be charged for the meal.
- 1 Day Soaring Thru Spaces program: w/ NO High Ropes activities: $27/student
- 1 Day Soaring Thru Spaces program: Including High Ropes: $33/student
- 1 Day Environmental Education program: $27/ student
*Meal prices for day programs: Breakfast: $10.00/person Lunch: $13.00/person Dinner: $15.00/person
2 Day/1 Night Programs:
Includes lunch-to-lunch programming with evening programs ending around 9:00 pm. Also includes lodging in our cabins and 4 meals (3 hot meals in the Dining Hall and 1 picnic lunch prior to departure).
2 Day Soaring Thru Spaces program:
$98/student and $80/adult chaperone over the 1:10 ratio *Includes high ropes activities
2 Day Environmental Education program:
$98/student and $80/adult chaperone over the 1:10 ratio
3 Day/2 Night Programs:
Includes lunch-to-lunch programming with evening programs ending around 9:00 pm. Also includes lodging in our cabins, and 7 meals (6 hot meals in the Dining Hall and 1 picnic lunch before departure)
3 Day Soaring Thru Spaces program:
$148/student and $105/adult chaperone over the 1:10 ratio *Includes high ropes activities
3 Day Environmental Education Program:
$148/student and $105/adult chaperone over the 1:10 ratio.
